CHEAP INSURANCE IOWA

I called today to see if I could set up an agent with progressive through A Plus insurance. I was met with a happy greeting from Alexis who helped me extraordinarily!! She was quick, efficient, and extremely comfortable to talk to and ask questions with. This is my first time getting car insurance on my own, I also deal with anxiety, and had many questions that Alexis was happy to answer in a way that my “rookie” brain was able to understand. I have spoken with many insurance companies before following through with progressive and Alexis was the first person to not make me feel dumb (for lack of better wording). It is extremely hard as someone with anxiety to find comfort in talking to strangers and Alexis was a breath of relief. I am deeply considering re-routing agents through A Plus Insurance purely because of the comfort I felt speaking with Alexis. As a customer service agent, she is a great representation of the kindness and understanding that would be given to clientele from the rest of the company. She is an absolute staple of this branch and cannot say enough wonderful things about her. Thank you, Alexis!!
