Alexis saved my life !!! If I didn’t find full coverage car insurance with a decent rate or at least cheaper than $500 per month I was going to not only lose my new car but also lose my job and this is the worse time for me to be taking ANY of those type of loses. Alexis was able to find me a WONDERFUL rate in a matter of 10-15 mins of being on the phone, keeping in mind that I had been calling various insurance companies back to back for 3 days and could not get a full coverage insurance policy for less than $500 per month anywhere. When Alexis told me what my monthly premium and down payment would be I instantly cried joyful tears and rejoiced over the phone. I just couldn’t contain my emotions at that point bc the whole process before speaking with her was extremely stressful. Thank You so much A Plus for having such an amazing employee, she was kind, patient, knowledgeable, and absolutely amazing.

This insurance company is so amazing and honestly they should teach other companies how to do customer service. Literally from the guy that does the initial answer and to the agents that add the policy info. This company is amazing and a special thank you to Alexis for adding all three of my vehicles!

Marlon went above and beyond to get me some coverage for a new car very last minute, stayed later than he should have to help me, and found a car insurance policy for me extremely fast. He’s also a really nice person. Great service, and recommended me coverage best for me.

I am CONSTANTLY having issues with my insurance company (ill save names, I cuss them out enough lol) but ANY time I call A Plus, they are able to handle and fix the issues I have with said company, pretty much immediately with no issues. More than 5 times I’ve had them be the middle man and my problems were resolved. I definitely recommend them, they are understanding and very nice and communicate well and handle issues in a insanely fast manner. Thank you guys!
