Zackeriah runs technology at A Plus Insurance, his family’s brokerage. That means a little bit of everything — tech support, building out the internal dashboard the team relies on every day, and consulting on the operational and strategic decisions that keep the business moving forward.
Having been with A Plus since 2016, he’s worn just about every hat there is. Workflow optimization, recruiting support, marketing, client tracking systems — if it touches how the company runs, chances are he’s had a hand in shaping it. That cross-functional view is exactly what makes him effective: he understands how the pieces fit together, not just in isolation but as a whole system.
He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University, and his approach to the work reflects it. He’s at his best digging into how a system actually works and figuring out how to make it better — methodical, hands-on, and genuinely curious about the mechanics underneath everything.

A little fun fact
Zack led his high school team to win the South Carolina VEX Robotics State Championship — and qualified for the World Championship. An early sign of a lifelong love for building things that work.
My brain is only a receiver, in the Universe there is a core from which we obtain knowledge, strength and inspiration. I have not penetrated into the secrets of this core, but I know that it exists.
