Brian is a Customer Service Representative with A Plus Insurance, helping clients navigate policy questions, coverage updates, and account support so their insurance stays exactly where it needs to be. His area of expertise is billing, documents, and customer service — and he brings a calm, friendly approach to every interaction.
Born and raised in South Carolina, Brian studied Mechatronics at Greenville Technical College — a field that covers everything from repairing to building industrial machines. Before insurance, he worked in blue-collar roles including farming and automotive parts remanufacturing. That hands-on background gave him a practical mindset and a genuine appreciation for people who work hard.
He never expected to spend his days on the phone — but he’s come to genuinely love connecting with people and helping them figure out their insurance needs. That’s the kind of thing you can’t fake, and clients notice it every time they call.

Video games, good movies, and random projects to tinker with. If there’s something to build or fix, he’s interested.
This year Brian went to Disney World for the very first time — and had an absolute blast experiencing it all.
