Her entire career has been built around one thing: making people feel like they matter, not just like another caller. She has a way of turning stressful conversations into calm, clear, productive ones — and clients notice.
Gia began her customer service career supporting patients with medical appointment scheduling, where she developed a deep sense of empathy and precision while handling sensitive information with care. She then moved into billing customer service, spending years on the phone resolving account issues, answering complex questions, and recommending solutions that genuinely fit each customer’s situation. Most recently she expanded into chat and email support, managing orders, technical issues, and general inquiries with the same personalized approach she brings to every interaction.
Throughout it all, her focus has stayed consistent: problem-solving, clear communication, and making sure every person she works with leaves the conversation better off than when they started. Today at A Plus, she brings that full depth of experience to every client she serves.
