This is my second year to obtain A Plus Auto Insurance coverage assistance in finalizing my annual auto insurance policy. Price was cool but the insurance I received is laughable. Had random peoples name on it as insured drivers and it also had my name but I was listed as a non eligible driver on my ID card and 123 years old! I called and inquired and they said it's fine when it's not. I called and attempted to cancel my policy before being charged and they told me they were busy and they'd contact me later that day. Not a single call or form of communication was made and I have been charged for insurance I no longer need and will be charging back. The company isn't a insurance company it's a insurance broker don't get deceived.
