I'm so happy I called Jola from A Plus insurance and now I know why these 3rd party insurance companies exist! I used to think they were a scam, why go thru a 3rd party when you should be able to get a cheaper rate directly from the source right? WRONG! They have the experience and knowledge of navigating the insurance "system." I had already spent a total of 2-days, 3 + hours dealing with Geico and Amica trying to shop around, 150 questions later I still didn't have a reasonable rate! I was left wondering, "What did I answer wrong? Which one of those questions that I answered ended up screwing me? Why do other people get good rates and I seem to be failing the good-rate-pop-quiz!?" This morning I decided to call A Plus insurance since they had such a high rating and 33 min later Jola had already texted my ID cards!! And she beat both Geico and Amica's rates by a long shot! I'm including a screenshot of my call times showing the actual timer on the call to Jola. The other 2 calls in there were made because I hadn't looked over the document properly while Jola had me on the phone and asked me if everything was correct, so had to call her back cause my name was misspelled but that was my fault for not reviewing it properly and she was awesome in correcting it quickly, it took me 2 tries only cause I pressed 1 by mistake lol. About 2 hours after our conversation Jola called me back just to let me know she was able to obtain the proof she needed to validate my homeowners discount thru the County office, not to worry. I realized right then that she was still working on my account! Which tells me that if I had gone thru the insurance company directly like I did before, I would probably still be trying to gather documents and spending all that time wasting and gathering info for them. Now that I know, I will never deal with insurance companies directly again! Thank you so much Jola for saving my weekend and saving my family money! 😍

Price was cool but the insurance I received is laughable. Had random peoples name on it as insured drivers and it also had my name but I was listed as a non eligible driver on my ID card and 123 years old! I called and inquired and they said it's fine when it's not. I called and attempted to cancel my policy before being charged and they told me they were busy and they'd contact me later that day. Not a single call or form of communication was made and I have been charged for insurance I no longer need and will be charging back. The company isn't a insurance company it's a insurance broker don't get deceived.
