South Carolina car insurance requirements are $25,000 per person in bodily injury, $50,000 maximum for bodily injury per accident, and $25,000 in property damage to others. These same limits also apply to uninsured motorists which is required by South Carolina car insurance laws.
When getting a quote for auto insurance be sure to ask about the discounts available to you. Full coverage on your vehicle is not required but it gives you an extra layer of protection if your car needs to be repaired or replaced because of an accident.
